Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their product! If you are not satisfied, Elliot Young will accept an item for exchange or return (exceptions noted below). You may return the item within 10 days of the confirmed USPS receipt date for full credit or exchange (less shipping costs) . For either of these options, you must e-mail our customer care team at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. You will then be e-mailed an RA#, and instructions on where to ship it. The item must be unworn, and still in its original package. When we receive the item in unused condition with a return authorization number, we will give you a refund or credit minus the shipping costs, or send you a different piece depending on the circumstances. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all Elliot Young pieces. If the product is determined within 14 days to have a manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace at no cost. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipping, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Please note: personalized, custom, reduced priced items, and earrings, are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
There will be no credits or exchanges for items without a return authorization number. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches, and other signature packaging materials. After receiving a return authorization number, all packages must be prepaid. Please return your order with an insured courier for your protection and keep your receipt. Elliot Young is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once an item is sold, Elliot Young is not responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Our quality and craftsmanship is important to us! We accept repairs for items purchased on Elliotyoungla.com only. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned through the original point of purchase. Pricing for repairs vary depending on the style. To request a repair, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and a photo of the item you wish to repair. Elliot Young will assess the repair needed and will follow up within 48hrs with a return authorization and/or any charges for the repair. Any repair needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur repair and shipping charges at the customer’s expense. Repairs will not be processed without a return authorization.
