2. Events & trunk shows. We can help arrange a shopping event or trunk show, held in person or virtually, offering attendees a discount plus a percentage of the proceeds donated to your charity.

3. Custom pieces. We can work with you to create a custom or customized piece that represents your organization, and discuss sales and gifting options.

4. Impact Connector reward. If someone connects us and helps plan and run the fundraising strategy (social posts, flyers, event invites, etc.), that Impact Connector receives a $100 credit to our website after the first three sales are made for that event or code. We provide creative assets to help market your event.

Becoming a Stylist / Sales & Community Impact Ambassador means joining our family. We’re an all-female-run company offering real women a way to earn income in an entrepreneurial, creative, and fun way — while giving back. Ambassadors enjoy a generous discount on jewelry, personalized coupon codes with no expiration, competitive commissions on all sales made with their code, first dibs on new merchandise, and more.

1. Your own Impact Code. We create a specialized code for you to share with friends, family, and followers. Supporters receive a discount, you earn a commission percentage on each piece sold (or apply it toward jewelry), and we donate a percentage of the sale to a charity we currently support. Percentages can be tailored if you’d like to direct a larger share of your commission or discount to the charity. Once you reach your first $2,000 in sales, we gift you a $200 credit to our website (based on gross sales minus discounts, excluding tax and shipping).

For every website purchase not tied to an Impact Code, we donate a minimum of 3%, and we donate 2% of every wholesale purchase. Our web customers and wholesale accounts can choose from our current charitable partnerships, so they have a say in where the money goes and how their purchases make a difference.
